Marilyn S. Rogers-Bohn, 79, of Holiday, Fla., passed away Monday, Sept. 30, 2013. She was born in Terre Haute, Ind., on Sept. 19,1934, to the late Ozia and Ray Cooper. A 1952 graduate of Garfield High School, she married Jack Rogers in March of 1953 in Terre Haute.
She is survived by her sister, Carol Dease of Wheaton, Ill.; daughters, Janie Conwell of Terre Haute and Debbie Rogers-Wall of Roanoke, Va.; her son, Jay Rogers of Clinton, Ind.; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was remarried to Bill Bohn of Holiday, Fla., in June of 2006, where she is survived by her husband; her stepdaughter, Tina and son-in-law Don Strickland of New Port Richey, Fla.; and a grandson by her deceased stepson, Brad Bohn.
A memorial service will be held at Roselawn Memorial Chapel, in Terre Haute, Saturday, Oct. 19, 2013, at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to HPH Hospice, West Pasco, 6807 Rowan Road, New Port Richey, FL 34653.
