Riley fire hosts Clay County firefighters at training tower facility

RILEY — Riley Fire Department was host to several Clay County fire agencies on Saturday.

Firefighters performed live fire training drills in the RFD training tower as part of the Clay County Firefighter I/II training course.

Riley Fire Department instructors, along with instructors from Clay County and Seelyville Fire Department, trained 16 firefighters in fire behavior and several other fire suppression practical skills.

Riley Fire Department makes its training tower facility available to any public safety agency at no cost.
