Terre Haute woman faces 14 charges

TERRE HAUTE — A Terre Haute woman faces 14 criminal counts after her arrest Friday on drug-related charges.

Lacretia Miller, 25, appeared via video in Vigo Superior Court 1 on Monday where Judge John Roach appointed a public defender to her case.

Miller faces five class-A felony counts of dealing cocaine, a class-C felony count of possession of cocaine, and class-D felony counts of dealing marijuana and possession of marijuana, with six incidences of maintaining a common nuisance.

The alleged drug activity occurred between Jan. 8 and April 1.

Miller is scheduled to return to court Tuesday for the setting of a trial date.
