McDonald’s, 222 S. Third St. (5 Critical, 7 Non-Critical) Ice chute and ceiling of ice machine found with black debris; pass-through trays and racks found with grease buildup; plastic bins and utensils put away dirty; no cold water available at handwash sink; prep sink drains missing (unable to use); spray nozzle at three-bay sink found below the flood rim; faucet at handwash sink found with black debris.

Baesler’s Market, 2900 Poplar St. (3 Critical, 5 Non-Critical) Cake pops made from employee’s home, not an approved source; in deli hot case, found fried chicken tenders, breasts, thighs and potato wedges at 118 to 128 degrees, when they should be 135 degrees or above; clean side board and three-bay spray nozzle found with accumulated debris.

Dew Drop Inn, 1805 N. 19th St. (1Critical, 2 Non-Critical) Build-up found on counter top pizza oven racks.

McDonald's, 3606 U.S. 41 S. (1 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) Accumulated debris found inside of ice machine.

Speak Easy, 1801 Wabash Ave. (1 Critical) Brown bugs found in bar soda nozzle holder.

KOA, 5995 E. Sony Drive (1 Critical) Pink debris found inside ice machine.

King of Diamonds, 1901 Locust St. (1 Critical) Three-bay sink drains disconnected.
