TERRE HAUTE — The Vigo County Health Department inspected the following food establishments June 24-28:

Kentucky Fried Chicken, 2000 Lafayette Ave. (2 Critical, 2 Non-Critical). Drive-through soda nozzles found with black debris; coleslaw and shredded cheese in under counter cooler found at 55 to 60 degrees; should be 41 degrees or less.

Tecumseh Bar & Grill, 129 Durkees Ferry Road (2 Critical, 1 Non-Critical). Mouse traps found on kitchen counter top; pulled pork in walk-in cooler not marked with date of consumption.

La Tienda de Maria, 5127 S. U.S. 41 (2 Critical; 1 Non-Critical). Sliced lunch meat, ham and cheese not marked with date of consumption; found vegetables stored with raw beef in meat case.

4th Quarter Bar, 2000 Wabash Ave. (2 Critical, 1 Non-Critical). Ice machine found with debris; fruit flies observed in bar area.

Days Inn and Suites, 101 E. Margaret Ave. (1 Critical, 1 Non-Critical). No sanitizer provided.

Rea Park Snack Bar, 3500 S. Seventh St. (1 Critical). Black debris found in soda nozzles.

Harry & Bud’s European Cuisine, 1440 S. 25th St. (1 Critical). Baked potatoes, roasted pepper, quiche and au gratin not date marked.
