31st annual Hymera Seafood Festival set for Saturday

---- — The Hymera Ruritan will have its 31st annual Seafood Festival from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday.

The menu will include Jonah fish, shrimp, clams and crab cakes. Side dishes will be baked beans, slaw and applesauce. Food will be served from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Ticket prices are $9 for adults and $4 for kids. Craft and flea market stands, and several yard sales are among festival attractions.

The day will start at 9 a.m. with a mile run for kids. A parade will start at 10. There will be entertainment all day long, as well as many games, including an egg toss, nail driving, toilet seat throw, water balloon toss, dunking booth and more.
