RHIT students available for projects to aid school’s ‘Save The Day’ fundraiser

The Tribune-Star

TERRE HAUTE — You can get projects done around your house or business and help the American Red Cross at the same time through Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology’s “Save The Day” fund-raising event on May 4.

Rose-Hulman students can be hired – for $10 per hour – to complete a variety of home or business projects. No task is too big or too small.  Project hosts must provide all materials and equipment.

There is a minimum of two students per project and the task must last at least two hours. The minimum expense would be $40 per project.

Persons should call 812-877-8472 to place a work order. Each assignment must have a contact person, address, e-mail and telephone contacts and a description of the project to be completed.

All proceeds go to the American Red Cross’ Wabash Valley chapter, courtesy of Rose-Hulman’s student community.
