TH man faces charges in sexual allegations

TERRE HAUTE — A Terre Haute man has been charged with sexual misconduct with a minor.

Kyle G. Kleeberg, 23, appeared in Vigo Superior Court 5 today where Judge Michael Rader set a trial date of June 18.

According to court records, Klberg was arrested after police investigated a report that he allegedly unfastened the pants of a minor child and inserted his hand inside the underwear on Sunday.

He has been charged with two counts of sexual misconduct, as both a class-B and class-C felony, sexual battery, a class-D felony, and interference with reporting a crime, a class-A misdemeanor.

His bail remains set at $50,000 cash. A formal pretrial hearing is set for May 22.
