TERRE HAUTE — Exotic Thai restaurant, at 1295 S. Third St., has closed.

Realtor Oscar Sison said the restaurant’s lease contract expired and the business is moving out of state. The restaurant opened in 2003 in a former Dairy Queen building along Third Street.

Sison said a sign that states “locks have been changed” and “alarm installed” is for security of the building. The building is owned by Zero IN LLC, which is a limited liability corporation of Dr. Ramon and Zenaida M. Contreas, according to records with the Indiana Secretary of State.

Zero IN purchased the building in 2007, according to Vigo County records.
