Rally’s No. 9044, 129 S. Third St. (2 Critical, 2 Non-Critical) Slicer found with food debris; ice machine chute found with pink debris; no sanitizer measured in wiping cloth bucket.

Jonesey’s Eastside Diner, 8775 E. Wabash Ave. (2 Critical, 2 Non-Critical) Raw eggs found at 66 to 70 degrees ; should be 41 degrees or less; no sanitizer measured in dishwasher.

Denny’s Restaurant No. 392, 3442 U.S. 41 (2 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) Metal racks found with rust and no longer smooth and cleanable; wiping cloth buckets at waitress station found without sanitizer.
