A Dugger man was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of manufacturing methamphetamine after a tip from the public led the Indiana State Police to his residence.
Joshawa Collins, 27, faces charges of manufacturing and possessing methamphamine, possession of precursors, illegal dumping of a controlled waste, maintaining a common nuisance, illegal possession of a syringe, and possession of paraphernalia.
Collins is being held in the Sullivan County Jail with bail set at $74,000.
At Collins’ residence in Dugger, police say they found an active meth lab and several items related to previous meth labs. No finished product was found, but police said evidence at the scene indicates meth had been made at the home for some time.
