Illinois voters can cast ballots Tuesday

Election Day may not be until Nov. 4, but Illinois residents can cast their votes beginning Tuesday.
Unlike absentee voting, no reason need be provided for a person to vote early.
The Clark County (Ill.) Courthouse will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to noon Saturdays.
The Edgar County (Ill.) Courthouse also will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, but will only be open on Saturday only before Election Day, Nov. 1, from 8 a.m. to noon.
