The Classic Car Club of America’s “See the USA, The Hoosier Way” road tour will stop in Terre Haute on Thursday.
The tour started Saturday in Indianapolis with scheduled stops in Spring Mill and French Lick before heading to Terre Haute for private viewings of the Kleptz Car Museum and the Don Smith car collection, said club member Bill Miller of Frankfort.
About 50 vintage cars circa 1925-48 are making the 800-mile trek, hosted this year by the Indiana region of the national club.
Miller said the club’s cars will be on display from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Thursday outside the Kleptz Car Museum on Poplar Street, across from the Vigo County Public Library.
The club’s cars also may be viewed on Friday while members stop for lunch at noon in the Walden Inn at Greencastle before returning to Indianapolis.
