Linton man has heart attack, crashes, dies

The Tribune-Star
A Linton man who died in a truck accident Tuesday had suffered a heart attack, authorities said.
About 10:30 a.m., Phillip R. Russell, 74, was driving a truck north on Indiana 59 when he went off the road at Indiana 54 and hit a tree, according to an Indiana State Police crash report.
He was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the report.
Police said the crash resulted from the attack. Greene County Coroner Dr. William Powers was not in his office Thursday and did not return a message left at his home.
