TERRE HAUTE — Indiana State University’s School of Music will honor ISU President Dan Bradley by featuring 11 of its finest individual performers in concert at 7:30 p.m. Friday in the recital hall of the Landini Center for Performing and Fine Arts.

Students performing include Tammy Riker, a senior music education major from Montgomery; Anna Buck, a junior music education from Noblesville; Taylor Hanson, a freshman music education major from Brazil; Nathan Cobel, a senior music education major from Paoli; Emily Morris, a junior music education major from Austin; Yurie Uto, a freshman music business major from Japan; Janelle Huber, a senior music education major from Brazil; Nikolaus Pine, a freshman music education major from Terre Haute; Zachary Modjeski, a senior music business major from Lowell; Mary Doll, a senior music composition major from Edwardsville; and Sean Carey, a sophomore music performance/music education major from Hammond. This concert includes students from all divisions within the School of Music, including piano, wind/percussion and voice. Based on last semester’s performance juries, recitals/performances and auditions, musicians were chosen to participate in the President’s Concert. Music to be performed ranges from works by Rachmaninov, Schubert, Liszt and Prokofiev to more contemporary solos and concertos for the different instruments and voices.

The concert is free, but seating is limited. To request tickets, contact the School of Music at (812) 237-2771.
