Currently — “Then and Now — Celebrating the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Vigo County Historical Society”; memorabilia, images, costumes telling the museum’s past and present.

SISTERS OF PROVIDENCE, Heritage Museum, Providence Center, St. Mary-of-the-Woods.

Outdoor sculpture — Bronze statue of Saint Mother Theodore Theodore Guerin, foundress of the Sisters of Providence, near Church of the Immaculate Conception.

Permanent structure — Log Cabin Chapel, a 1840s replica of the one visited by Saint Mother Theodore Guerin and the Sisters of Providence who arrived from France, located between Grotto Road and the Church of the Immaculate Conception on the site where the first Mass was offered on the motherhouse grounds.

Currently — Artifacts collected during the Sisters of Providence ministry in Arequipa, Peru. Many hand-crafted and hand-carved items.

Currently — Personal artifacts that belonged to Saint Mother Theodore Guerin, Heritage Museum.

Currently — “Sisters of Providence Life and Mission” photo exhibit, poster-size photographs of various ministries, hallway east of Heritage Room.

Currently — Diorama exhibit of the congregation’s early history.
