Vigo County Jail Log: Feb. 7, 2014

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Thursday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Thursday

Travis A. Ley, 36, 1800 block of Ohio Street, Terre Haute. Booked 8:16 a.m. Court order (two counts).

Bryan L. Fortner, 36, 900 block of Bolton Road, West Terre Haute. Booked 8:34 a.m. Court order (two counts).

Preston C. Lee, 26, 2300 block of Washington Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 10:25 a.m. Bond revocation.

Christopher M. Brown, 23, 500 block of East 43 1/2 Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 11:20 a.m. Probation violation (two counts).

John E. Davis, 43, 300 block of South 15th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:02 p.m. Battery.

Tiffany D. Reeley, 33, 900 block of West Elizabeth Street, Paris, Ill. Booked 2 p.m. Theft.

Marissa N. Tipton, 18, 2100 block of First Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 8:25 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Javi Williams-Lambert, 23, 1300 block of South Seventh Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:33 p.m. Criminal trespassing.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
