The Indiana State University women’s basketball team ranked third in the most recent Women’s Basketball Coaches Association Top 25 Team Honor Roll for NCAA Division I in team GPA with a stellar mark of 3.591.
This honor marks the seventh consecutive season — all under head coach Jim Wiedie — that the team’s GPA has ranked among the nation’s Top 15, and is the sixth time over that span that the team has ranked in the nation’s Top 3.
ISU led the nation in academics following both the 2002-03 and 2004-05 seasons.
