Vigo County Jail Log: March 1, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Thursday

David W. Sharp, 48, 200 block of South 12th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:09 a.m. Bond revocation.

Robert Daub, 42,  2300 block of West Woodland Avenue, West Terre Haute. Booked 11:55 a.m. Failure to appear.

Max Lafferty, 68, 200 block of 21st Street, Sioux, Iowa. Booked 2:08 p.m. Court order.

Brock J. Oeffler, 26, 500 block of East Helen Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:04 p.m. Failure to appear (3 counts).

Dakota J. Caldwell, 19, 2000 block of North 12th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:22 p.m. Failure to appear.  

Sabrina A. Lowe, 27, 300 block of Shew Street, Universal. Booked 4:53 p.m.  Failure to appear, 2 counts.

Bobbie R. Mituski, 21, 1900 block of 7th Avenue, Universal. Booked 5 p.m.  Failure to appear.

Donald Stele, 34, no address, Chicago. Booked 5:41 p.m. Criminal trespass, parole violation.

Lea F. Altheide, 21, 1400 block of 8th Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 6:29 p.m. Failure to appear.   

Chad A. Whitehead, 29, 1600 South 10th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:42 p.m. Failure to

Friday

Daniel R. Kupke Jr., 31, 500 South Center Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:45 p.m. Criminal trespass.

Brandon M. Orman, 23,  2300 West Woodland Avenue, West Terre Haute. Booked 2:33 a.m. Driving while suspended, resisting law enforcement, operating while intoxicated, leaving scene (2 counts), battery-police.

Ericka D. Bonnell, 23, 500 South 6th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:20 a.m.  Operating while intoxicated.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
