TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Tuesday

Lance A. Toney, 52, 6700 block of West 30th Drive, West Terre Haute. Booked 9:30 a.m. Failure to appear.

Jeremy S. Roberts, 23, 1400 block of East Crossing Boulevard, Terre Haute. Booked 10:03 a.m. Failure to appear and domestic battery.

Melissa D. Clark, 41, 4200 block of South 5 1/2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:47 a.m. Failure to appear (three counts) and probation violation.

Stephanie J. Gardiner, 23, 1500 block of South 18th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:42 a.m. Probation violation.

Carol Gossman, 42, 2600 block of East Springhill Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 1:50 p.m. Failure to appear.

Rachel L. Rudisel, 35, 800 block of North Fifth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:43 p.m. Habitual traffic violator and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident.

William Threlkeld III, 35, 3800 block of North Tracy Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:35 p.m. Habitual traffic violator and possession of controlled substance.

Steven A. Ferres, 55, 600 block of Cherry Street, Terre Haute. Booked 8:37 p.m. Intimidation.

Michael R. Pollack, 49, 10 block of South Gilbert Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 9:54 p.m. Intimidation and public intoxication.

Wednesday

Kevin G. Stevenson, 46, 3900 block of East Sandalwood Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 12:48 a.m. Resisting law enforcement and false reporting/informing.

Mark A. Moore, 26, 1000 block of Newman Street, Indianapolis. Booked 1:53 a.m. Failure to appear.

Logan M. Frets, 25, 500 block of South Brown Ave., Terre Haute. Booked 2:50 a.m. Failure to appear.
