Vigo County Jail Log: Oct. 16, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Tuesday

Donald Holmes, 34, 3300 block of South Fruitridge Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 12:01 a.m. Burglary and failure to appear.

Aaron L. Dodd, 19, 1600 block of South 21st Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:42 a.m. Battery and intimidation.

Ted R. Branson, 64, 9200 block of North Private Road 375 West, Brazil. Booked 5:49 p.m. Court order.

Kristen L. Tarwater, 31, 300 block of South Eighth Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 6:13 p.m. Court order.

David J. Guth, 52, 100 block of North Harrison Avenue, Kankakee, Ill. Booked 7:16 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Richard E. Brown, 61, 2600 block of South Hulman Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:40 p.m. Domestic battery and invasion of privacy.

Wednesday

Justin W. Bruner, 27, 400 block of West Compton Street, Brazil. Booked 1:28 a.m. Domestic battery.

Kenneth J. Wilson, 25, 3900 block of North Ray Grace, East Chicago, Ill. Booked 2:11 a.m. Failure to appear.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
