TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Wednesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Robert M. Wilson, 36, 300 block of North Main Street, Rosedale. Booked 12:30 p.m. Court order.

Bryan L. Fortner, 36, 900 block of Bolton Road, West Terre Haute. Booked 12:44 p.m. Court order.

Jaime M. Marion, 31, 4200 block of South Sixth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:37 p.m. Probation violation (two counts).

Dale R. Oaks, 37, 2900 block of East Park Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:05 p.m. Bond revocation (five counts).

Todd L. Prilaman, 41, 1400 block of Wabash Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:42 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Kaylnn G. Douglas, 19, 400 block of Third Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:16 p.m. Failure to appear.

Richard W. Williams, 31, 2200 block of Second Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:23 p.m. Criminal conversion and possession of controlled substance.

Leah D. Spencer, 60, 100 block of North Kent Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 5:50 p.m. Criminal trespassing and possession of paraphernalia.

Kayla D. Walker, 25, 900 block of South Ninth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:50 p.m. Domestic battery.

Michelle E. Medley, 27, 1200 block of Fourth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 5:50 p.m. Failure to appear.

Codi G. Leach, 25, 1300 block of Fourth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 7:22 p.m. Criminal mischief.

Michael D. Boone, 24, 1400 block of North Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 7:55 p.m. Domestic battery.

Mathew L. Conder, 21, 2400 block of East Clayton Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 10:55 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Crede D. Fitzpatrick, 49, 3100 block of South Joab Place, West Terre Haute. Booked 11:24 p.m. Public intoxication, disorderly conduct and resisting law enforcement.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
