Vigo County Jail Log: Sept. 24, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.


Cody E. Campbell, 21, 6700 block of Indiana 42, Poland. Booked 12:28 p.m. Failure to appear.

Steven J. Massutti, 32, 1400 block of South 11 1/2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:44 p.m. Police battery, disorderly conduct, public intoxication and resisting law enforcement.

Angela M. Gillin, 36, Clay City. Booked 1:12 p.m. Failure to appear.

Jeffory L. Wilson, 20, 10 block of Pear Tree Lane, Terre Haute. Booked 3:08 p.m. Failure to appear.

Nicholas D. Ribble, 34, 1400 block of North Wabash Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:17 p.m. Public intoxication.

Dominick Iacobazzi, 65, 1200 block of Maple Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 5:11 p.m. Driving while suspended.

Benjamin M. Walsh, 28, 700 block of Kelly Road, Coal City. Booked 7:25 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Cody W. Morris, 23, 400 block of Riggy Avenue, West Terre Haute. Booked 7:44 p.m. Failure to appear.

Bobby L. Brown Jr., 33, 1600 block of Deming Street, Terre Haute. Booked 8:31 p.m. Habitual traffic violator.

Lori A. McCullough, 43, 100 block of North Kent Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 10:15 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

Michael E. Holdridge, 47, 10 block of North Home Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 10:31 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Brent P. Hamblen, 40, 2329 South Center Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:36 p.m. Residential entry, criminal confinement, criminal mischief and police battery.


Walter J. Myers Jr., 40, 2200 block of South 25th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:13 a.m. Operating while intoxicated and failure to appear (two counts).

Lamont C. Taylor Jr., 24, 300 block of Third Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:39 a.m. False reporting/informing.

Jeremiah E. Harris, 30, 1400 block of North 14th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:30 a.m. Public intoxication, criminal mischief and criminal trespassing.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
