Vigo County Jail Log: Dec. 3, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Monday

Ricky A. Shockley, 50, 1900 block of Fifth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 10:10 a.m. False reporting/informing.

Daniel W. Smith, 46, 2200 block of North Garfield Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 10:15 a.m. Failure to appear.

Rodney D. Vestal, 27, 1700 block of South Fifth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:29 a.m. Probation violation and failure to appear.

Filimon Valledor, 21, 2000 block of Central Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 12:49 p.m. Probation violation.

Anthony J. Britton, 21, 3300 block of East Rosehill Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 7:11 p.m. Operating while intoxicated and possession of marijuana/hash.

Lindsey M. Worthington, 26, 1000 block of South Gorhan Place, West Terre Haute. Booked 7:18 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Michael W. Lindsay, 49, 2700 block of Putnam Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:53 p.m. Failure to appear.

Tuesday

Joseph Haggart, 29, 7600 block of East Debeny, Terre Haute. Booked 12:43 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Kristina E. Collins, 24, 3400 block of North Creal Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:44 a.m. Operating while intoxicated, possession of marijuana/hash and possession of paraphernalia.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
