Arts Illiana announces Artist Web Directory Workshop

TERRE HAUTE — Arts Illiana in Terre Haute invites all regional artists to attend a workshop titled “Arts Illiana Artist Directory,” designed to instruct artists how to enter information to become a member of the artsilliana.org regional website directory.

Trevor Bridgewater, developer and designer for artsilliana.org will go over the basics of entering information on the site. Becoming a member of the online directory will allow the public to have access to information about the artist’s work; including links to the artist’s website; images of artwork; and other important information related to promoting the artist’s work. Artists in the directory will also receive regular notifications about regional and statewide exhibition opportunities.

The free workshop is set for 4:30 p.m. March 27 in Arts Illiana at 23 N. Sixth St. Email info@artsilliana.org or call 812-235-5007 to register.

Arts Illiana is the regional Arts Council serving the Wabash Valley and a partner with the Indiana Arts Commission. The mission of Arts Illiana is to promote, support and enhance the arts and cultural activities of the Wabash Valley. Arts Illiana’s primary service area includes Clay, Parke, Putnam, Sullivan, Vermillion and Vigo counties in Indiana. Interest also is given to the Clark and Edgar counties in Illinois.
