Florestal Livens, 24, 1300 block of Springfield Avenue, Irvington       N.J. Booked 10:48 a.m. Motor vehicle theft and resisting law enforcement.

Michelle D. Switzer, 44, 2400 block of South 10th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:27 p.m. Battery and theft.

Lytrell Berning, 20, 100 block of South Pin Oak Drive, Mishawaka. Booked 1:14 p.m. Theft.

Dorothy J. Maples, 48, 1400 block of Spruce Street, Terre Haute Booked 6:56 p.m. Battery.

Ehren J. Samples, 21, 5400 block of Cannon Court, Terre Haute. Booked 8:02 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Iresha C. Hammond, 25, 1400 block of Ohio Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:30 p.m. Failure to appear.

Jack A. Jones, 57, 1900 block of East Carr Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 10:13 p.m. Operating while intoxicated and possession of marijuana/hash.

Dustin R. Grigsby, 27, 4800 block of Trump Drive, Indianapolis. Booked 10:15 p.m. Possession of methamphetamine, possession of a firearm by violent felon and failure to appear.
