Ambrosini's, 1367 Wabash Ave., (2 Critical, 3 Non-Critical) — Pink debris found on holder of spray nozzle in bar; Sanitizer not dispensing in dishwasher.

McDonald's, 2633 S. State Road 46, (2 Critical, 2 Non-Critical) — Several handwash sinks found dirty; Orange debris found on ice machine chute.

Jiffy Mini Mart #574, 501 S. 3rd St., (2 Critical) — Soda nozzles found with debris; Employees not sanitizing utensils and crockpot after washing.
