Vigo County Jail Log: Nov. 7, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.


Paul A. Rivera, 32, 2400 block of Dillman Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:53 a.m. Bond revocation.

Dennis D. Baugh, 45, 2100 block of Locust Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:25 p.m. Failure to appear.

Sherri K. Jernberg, 41, 2400 block of North Stop 19, Terre Haute. Booked 1:37 p.m. Dealing a controlled substance.

Thomas A. Herman, 49, 300 block of Third Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:32 p.m. Failure to appear.

Chad J. Justak, 28, 1500 block of West Sixth Avenue, Gary. Booked 4:05 p.m. Dealing methamphetamine (two counts) and maintaining a common nuisance.

Michael Yarnell, 38, 700 block of North Forest Avenue, Brazil. Booked 4:22 p.m. Johnson county warrant murder.

Julie G. Campbell, 44, 700 block of North Forest Avenue, Brazil. Booked 5:38 p.m. Court order.

Joel Frye, 48, 300 block of South Gilbert Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 6:17 p.m. Probation violation.

Todd J. Boland, 53, 2200 block of South 19th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:32 p.m. Strangulation.

Carey L. Rehmel, 34, 11700 block of West Indiana 48, Jasonville. Booked 7:46 p.m. Battery.


Kyla M. Amick, 34, 3300 block of South McClure Street, Indianapolis. Booked 12:12 a.m. Dealing methamphetamine and possession of marijuana.

Ricky L. Roberts, 37, 2000 block of Myer Street, Greenwood. Booked 12:14 a.m. Dealing methamphetamine, possession of marijuana/hash and habitual traffic violator.

Shane P. Pruitt, 19, 11200 block of North Bandy Place, Clinton. Booked 12:42 a.m. Failure to appear and operating while intoxicated.

Ronald G. Barnett, 30, 8700 block of East Indiana 42, Terre Haute. Booked 2:45 a.m. Failure to appear.

Donald A. Spallone, 41, 400 block of Second Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:41 a.m. Operating while intoxicated, criminal recklessness and battery.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
