TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.


Chris Wilkinson, 29, 1200 block of South Fourth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:02 a.m. Child solicitation and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

James M. Stout, 31, 1100 block of Seventh Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 10:43 a.m. Court order (two counts).

Rusty W. Lafleur, 33, 1600 block of Chestnut Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:47 a.m. Court order (two counts).

Anthony E. Cross, 41, 8400 block of South U.S. 41, Terre Haute. Booked 11:57 a.m. Probation violation.

Chasey J. Brown, 27, 6400 block of McDaniel Road, Terre Haute. Booked 1:08 p.m. Bank fraud, forgery (two counts), theft, receiving stolen property and identity deception.

Jason R. James, 36, 3700 block of East Beulah Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:38 p.m. Burglary and failure to appear (two counts).

Jameela J. Cuffle, 31, 300 block of West Miller Avenue, West Terre Haute. Booked 2:50 p.m. Burglary.

Paul D. Dillingham, 36, 2100 block of Beech Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:47 p.m. Precursor violations and operating while intoxicated.

David Naylor, 61, 300 block of North Pinewood Drive, Perrysville. Booked 6:16 p.m. Court order.

Cleveland Brown, 63, no address available. Booked 8:57 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Christopher G. Bays, 27, 200 block of West Harris Street, Sullivan. Booked 9:32 p.m. Probation violation (two counts).

Casandra Dean, 20, 3100 block of North 28th Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 10:08 p.m. False reporting/informing.


Shane J. Johnson, 23, 6500 block of North Robertson Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:18 a.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

James Corbin, 40, 7000 block of North Robertson Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:45 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Brian Cottom, 53, 2500 block of East Moyer Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 2:39 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Troy M. Odell, 35, 3400 block of East Broadlands Road, Terre Haute. Booked 3:33 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
