Vigo County Jail Log: Oct. 29, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Monday

Heath B. Cottom, 19, 2400 block of Idaho Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:01 a.m. Theft and criminal mischief.

Anthony Brown, 48, 1000 block of South Seventh Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:46 a.m. Bond revocation and possession of controlled substance.

Gunner J. Olson, 29, 700 block of South Seventh Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:57 a.m. Dealing a substance represented as a controlled substance.

Linda J. Begley, 37, 4400 block of North 1500 West, Linton. Booked 4:28 p.m. Public intoxication.

Daniel A. Brown, 27, 2900 block of Maple Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:29 p.m. Criminal mischief.

Melvin S. Lipscomb, 21, 200 block of Spruce Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:50 p.m. Failure to appear.

Aimee L. Todd, 30, Clinton. Booked 6:26 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Arlo A. Paletis, 30, 10 block of South 16th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:57 p.m. Criminal trespassing.

Tuesday

Kenneth Baldwin III, 24, 1500 block of Second Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:31 a.m. Invasion of privacy.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
