Vigo County Jail Log: Oct. 22, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Monday

Luis A. Calderon, 43, no address available. Booked 6:25 p.m. Court order.

John W. Regester, 41, 3000 block of Morris Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:30 a.m. Court order.

Kelley L. Kelly, 49, 700 block of South 19th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:32 a.m. Court order.

Frank J. Bolin, 60, 900 block of East Elizabeth Street, Greenup, Ill. Booked 10:16 a.m. Invasion of privacy.

Angela D. Gess, 39, 2800 block of Harding Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:30 a.m. Bond revocation.

Christopher Eversole, 30, 800 block of North 39th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:08 p.m. Receiving stolen property (two counts).

Bobby L. Seeley, 32, 900 block of South Ninth Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 1:14 p.m. Failure to appear (three counts).

Jodi L. Phillips, 33, 1600 block of North First Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 6:46 p.m. Criminal trespassing and criminal conversion.

Joshua L. Silvers, 21, 2300 block of College Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 11:24 p.m. Probation violation.

Donald L. Hayes, 40, 1500 block of South Walnut Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:46 p.m. Receiving stolen auto parts.

Tuesday

Bradley F. Paul, 28, 1900 block of North Seventh Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:38 a.m. Domestic battery.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
