Jerry Urbain, 47, 2000 block of Hendricks Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:26 a.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

Christina Lennox, 35, 2100 block of North 20th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:10 a.m. Failure to appear.

Rafiq A. Mcdonald, 22, no address available. Booked 1:53 p.m. Court order.

Germaine Hadley, 30, no address available. Booked 2:10 p.m. Court order.

Stephen J. Doyle, 50, no address available. Booked 2:25 p.m. Court order.
