TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Thursday

Jesse K. Laffoon, 29, 2300 block of Fifth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 9:22 a.m. Failure to appear.

Bryan L. Fortner, 36, 900 block of Bolton Road, West Terre Haute. Booked 10:31 a.m. Court order.

Lee M. Stremming, 41, Rural Route 2, Linton. Booked 10:52 a.m. Theft.

Sheri J. Williams, 45, 3100 block of Dean Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 1:19 a.m. Failure to appear.

Gerald L. Gilbert, 42, 1600 block of Sycamore Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:35 a.m. Habitual traffic violator.

Randall K. Pierce, 42, 1900 block of North 11th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:28 p.m. Theft.

Jahmar A. Smith, 25, 1600 block of South Ninth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:52 p.m. Intimidation.

Michael N. Valledor, 23, no address available, Terre Haute. Booked 3:19 p.m. Escape and bond revocation.

Vance L. Yarbrough, 51, 900 block of West Allison Drive, West Terre Haute. Booked 3:35 p.m. Manufacture of methamphetamine, visiting a common nuisance, precursor violations and failure to appear.

Whitney R. Shaw, 23, 800 block of East Royce Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 4:05 p.m. Court order.

Nathaniel A. Wright, 40, 18800 block of South Bandy Lane, Clinton. Booked 4:30 p.m. Court order.

Stephen C. Harrold, 63, 200 block of North Crews Place, West Terre Haute. Booked 4:36 p.m. Operating while intoxicated (two counts).

Craig L. Black, 43, 1900 block of Second Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 5:41 p.m. Probation violation.

Stacy Mitchell, 47, 8800 block of North Bonner Road, Terre Haute. Booked 5:56 p.m. Theft.

Adam L. Sims, 39, 1300 block of Eighth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 8:45 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Frank E. Suggs, 40, 2100 block of North 10th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:02 p.m. Failure to appear.

Jacob Cronkhite-Snyder, 25, 9900 block of South U.S. 41, Terre Haute. Booked 10:05 p.m. Failure to appear and manufacture of methamphetamine.

Brandi Martin, 30, 600 block of South 13 1/2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:24 p.m. Visiting a common nuisance, false reporting/informing and possession of paraphernalia.

Dianna L. Rains, 31, 2900 block of Maple Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 11:34 p.m. Maintaining a common nuisance.

Skyra C. Green, 27, 2900 block of Maple Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 11:40 p.m. Maintaining a common nuisance.

Friday

Dennis W. Dillon, 44, 1100 block of College Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 1:24 a.m. Theft, probation violation, manufacture of methamphetamine and resisting law enforcement.

Alexandra Deckard, 21, 700 block of South Sixth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:26 a.m. Probation violation.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
