Vigo County Jail Log: Sept. 19, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Wednesday

Kelly J. Hedges, 26, 500 block of South Ninth Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 9:29 a.m. Driving while suspended and disorderly conduct.

C. McConnaughey, 27, 9800 block of North Range Line Place, West Terre Haute. Booked 3:02 p.m. Failure to appear.

Frank E. Sholar, 34, 100 block of North 14th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:12 p.m. Battery and residential entry.

Bradley A. Lawson, 39, 16100 block of South All Street, Lewis. Booked 4:14 p.m. Manufacture of methamphetamine and possession of chemical reagents.

Stacy L. Collins, 37, 10300 block of County Road 900 West, Lewis. Booked 5:21 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Jeffrey T. Harvey, 26, 1100 block of S. U.S. 41, Terre Haute. Booked 5:42 p.m. Failure to appear.

Shawn P. Henneman, 22, 2200 block of Second Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 6:07 p.m. Invasion of privacy.

Cheyanne N. Griffy, 20, 6400 block of North Rosewood Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:04 p.m. Failure to appear.

Darren M. Lee, 44, 5500 block of East Devonald Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 9:32 p.m. Failure to appear.

Derek L. Hudgens, 35, 10 block of South Berry Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 10:26 p.m. False reporting/informing.

Thursday

Danieal L. McKinley, 40, 1900 block of Eighth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 12 a.m. Court order.

Steve R. Kearschner, 42, 1000 block of North Seventh Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:15 a.m. Receiving stolen property and failure to appear.

John Murphy, 48, 100 block of East Swartzel Avenue, Vincennes. Booked 1:24 a.m. Public intoxication and failure to appear.

Derrick W. Wilson, 29, 1300 block of North 20th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:44 a.m. Receiving stolen property.

Jackie Morris, 24, 1300 block of Ash Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:51 a.m. Receiving stolen property.

Mitchell J. Nidey, 25, 1400 block of Vigo Street, Vincennes. Booked 2:09 a.m. Sexual battery.

Carman M. Paez, 23, 1600 block of Ohio Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:20 a.m. Robbery and battery.

Stacy Gibbs, 33, 200 block of South 14th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:42 a.m. Failure to appear and operating while intoxicated.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
