TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Friday

Kimberly A. Jackson, 45, 1400 block of Liberty Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 10:13 a.m. Fraud.

Kevin W. Newman, 49, 1000 block of Seventh Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 11:47 a.m. Failure to appear, possession of paraphernalia, dealing methamphetamine and dealing cocaine.

Clynt A. Agee, 23, 10800 block of Private Road 570 West, Poland. Booked 12:07 p.m. Failure to appear.

Robert J. Matherly, 46, 2700 block of Durkees Ferry Road, West Terre Haute. Booked 4:17 p.m. Invasion of privacy.

Peggy L. Henneman, 62, 1600 block of Second Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 5:43 p.m. Leaving the scene of a personal injury accident.

Maurice F. Wren, 59, 4000 block of Old U.S. 40 West, West Terre Haute. Booked 5:53 p.m. Court order.

Charles K. Kent, 45, 9800 block of East Ohio, Terre Haute. Booked 6:38 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Daniel W. Houser, 29, 2800 block of West Elm Avenue, New Goshen. Failure to appear (two counts).

Saturday

Amy Schaffer, 38, 3200 block of Old U.S. 40 West, West Terre Haute. Booked 12:48 a.m. Bank fraud, forgery and theft.

Jason B. Prentice, 28, 200 block of South Third Street, Utica. Booked 2:07 a.m. Domestic battery.

Barbara J. Rose, 30, 1400 block of South Fourth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:28 a.m. Public intoxication, possession of marijuana/hash, possession of paraphernalia and possession of methemphetamine.

John L. Steward, 18, 4800 block of Benjamin Road, Terre Haute. Booked 3:54 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Teresa S. Crews, 41, 1500 block of North 28th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:27 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Ryan Lee, 37, 1800 block of North 29th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:41 p.m. Failure to appear.

Jason L. Holland, 37, 2600 block of East Phylbeck Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 7:31 p.m. Receiving stolen auto parts and resisting law enforcement (two counts).

Justin R. Budde, 22, 900 block of North Eighth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:17 p.m. Failure to appear.

Judd M. Hopkins, 33, 8700 block of Wabash Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 10:48 p.m. Child molesting.
