TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Wednesday

Bradley A. Sharp, 45, 1200 block of Dreiser Square, Terre Haute, booked 10:34 a.m. Failure to appear.

Zachary S. Goodwin, 22, 6400 block of Cox Road, Terre Haute, booked 5:53 p.m. Possession controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

William A. Goodmote, 53, 1300 block of Hilltop Road, Leesport, Pa. booked 7:46 p.m. Public intoxication.

Michelle D. Carson, 42, 1400 block of Third Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 8:50 p.m. Theft.

Jacklynn L. Pruett, 44, 2400 block of North 12th, Terre Haute, booked 9:32 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Richard D. Kutch Jr., 35, 2500 block North 13th 1/2 Street, Terre Haute, booked 9:46 p.m. Failure to appear.

Thursday

Jack L. Tighe, 43, 1500 block of North Second Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 12:23 a.m. Manufacture methamphetamine and failure to appear.  

Michelle L. Whitner, 42, 3300 block of Haythorne Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 1:37 a.m. Residential entry, resisting law enforcement and battery.

Corrine M. Jones, 19, 900 block of Bloomburg Hall, Terre Haute, booked 2:03 a.m. Minor consuming alcohol.   

Jessica L. Kimmel, 25, 600 block of Linden, Terre Haute, booked 2:14 a.m. Possession controlled substance and failure to appear.  

Ryan K. Weddle, 23, 100 block of South Private Road 50 East, Center Point, booked 3:34 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

David J. Sarver, 50, 200 block of Crawford Street, Terre Haute, booked 4:08 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Darrell A. Elder, 20, 1400 block of North Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 5:05 a.m. Battery-domestic and invasion of privacy.  

Rheanna M. Wesseler, 18, 300 block of Burford, Terre Haute, booked 5:42 a.m. Minor consuming alcohol.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
