TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.


Isaiah Brown, 19, 1400 block of Third Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 11:49 a.m. Failure to appear.

Alyssa D. Cheesman, 30, 2900 block of Ijams Drive, Terre Haute, booked 12:31 p.m. Court order (two counts).

Tony A. Myles, 22, 1200 block of North Fourth Street, Terre Haute, booked 1:17 p.m. Sexual misconduct w/ minor.

Robert L. Huckle Jr., 38, 1600 block of South Ninth Street, Terre Haute, booked 1:43 p.m.  Neglect of a dependant.

Kenneth Whitinger, 49, no address given, booked 4:39 p.m. Court order.

Tyler J. McDuffie, 20, 1300 block of South 21st, Terre Haute, booked 5:02 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Jamal K. Kind, 18, 600 N. Sixth, Terre Haute, booked 5:03 p.m. Resisting law enforcement and battery-police.

Shane D. Hughes, 20, 1000 block of North 125th Street, Kansas, Ill., booked 5:28 p.m. Probation violation.

Brent T. Herring, 39, 900 block of Gannon Road, West Terre Haute, booked 5:35 p.m. Probation violation.

Natalie S. Johnson, 47, 15800 block of South 1240 East, Clinton, booked 5:57 p.m. Battery.

David M. Wilson, 28, 200 block of Gilbert Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 7 p.m. Robbery.

Robert A. Hatcher, 48, 600 block Cherry, Terre Haute, booked 8:26 p.m. Possession of marijuana/hash.

Jordan M. Allen, 21, 2600 block of North Woodvale Street, Terre Haute, booked 11:08 p.m.  Criminal conversion and public intoxication.


Ross A. Carson, 23, 3700 block of Third Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 12:24 a.m. Criminal trespass.

Travis J. Napier, 21, 2800 block of North 11th, Terre Haute, booked 12:52 a.m. Operating while intoxicated and possession controlled substance.

Thomas A. Fennell, 21, 1600 block of Seventh Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 1:11 a.m. Failure to appear (two counts).
