Misty D. Culley, 31, 600 block of Indianapolis Avenue, Lebanon. Booked 1:51 p.m. Probation violation.

John Baldwin II, 24, 600 block of Indianapolis Avenue, Lebanon. Booked 1:52 p.m. Theft (two counts).

Amber N. Anderson, 24, 2300 block of Third Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:59 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Michael G. Hoffert, 45, 2300 block of North 14th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 8:47 p.m. Public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Robert P. Olson, 22, 800 block of South Charles Street, Farmersburg. Booked 11:32 p.m. Theft.


Derek R. Smith, 21, 12000 block of North Cardonia East Street, Brazil. Booked 1:04 a.m. Failure to appear.

Connor E. Brearley, 26, 2100 block of West Wilshire Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 6:52 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Robert T. Powell, 48, 600 block of South 12th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:18 a.m. Contempt of court.

Joseph D. Dunagan, 49, 12300 block of E. U.S. 50, Seymour. Booked 12:25 p.m. Contempt of court.

Charles W. Keller Jr., 32, 2600 block of South Hickson Road, Montezuma. Booked 3:39 p.m. Court order.

Rocky J. Hamburg, 26, 15700 block of South Trueblood Place, Farmersburg. Booked 5:37 p.m. Theft.

Thomas L. Miller, 41, 7900 block of South Larkins Street, Rosedale. Booked 7:58 p.m. Probation violation.

Charles O. Hughes, 46, 10000 block of North Bluff Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:21 p.m. Habitual traffic violator and operating while intoxicated.

Frank R. James, 60, 1200 block of North 26th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:51 p.m. Probation violation.

Robert E. Nasser Jr., 52, 600 block of South Center Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:56 p.m. Counterfeiting government ID.

Jameson D. Berry, 19, 5100 block of Graywood Avenue, Indianapolis. Booked 1:26 a.m. Battery.

Debra L. Gorgol, 60, 800 block of Windsor Road, Terre Haute. Booked 2 a.m. Court order.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
