UPDATED (9:00): Election Results: Primary 2014

TERRE HAUTE — UPDATE (9:00 p.m.): With all 89 precincts reporting, Lucky Reddy defeated John Kesler II by 300 votes in the Democratic Party Division 2 Judge primary.

In the Harrison Township Assessor race, Donald Pruett defeated Norm Loudermilk by a slim margin.

Primary election results were delayed in Vigo County as voters finished casting their ballots. When voting ended at 6 p.m. in Vigo and other counties throughout Indiana, about 75 people were still in line at Baesler's Market, one of the vote centers.

In addition, Internet connection was not set up in polling places for today¹s primary election, so election officials are bringing ballot tallies on a thumb drive to the Vigo County Courthouse for tabulation. Election officials said they hope to use the Internet in the fall general election.
