TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Thursday

Ashlee M. Melvin, 30, 1200 block of North Ninth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:15 a.m. Criminal conversion.

Deborah White, 49, 2000 block of Buckeye Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:57 a.m. Battery.

Anthony Thigpen, 18, 600 block of Ash Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:08 p.m. Court order.

Damaris Gonzalez, 38, 12100 block of South Indiana 63, Terre Haute. Booked 1:42 p.m. Probation violation.

Anthony M. Jones, 22, 1200 block of South Seventh Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:25 p.m. Failure to appear.

Alvin D. Allen, 32, 100 block of North 14th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:51 p.m. Failure to appear.

Shannon N. Debouse, 39, 900 block of South Sixth Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 8:06 p.m. Failure to appear.

Levi W. Booker, 25, 3200 block of Imperial Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 8:36 p.m. Child molesting.

Craig A. Shepard, 33, 300 block of South Eighth Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 9:06 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

Friday

Mahogany S. James, 18, 2900 block of Ijams Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 12:45 a.m. Theft.

Troy M. Odell, 35, 3400 block of East Broadlands Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 1:50 a.m. Failure to appear.

Bryan D. Frye, 27, 3400 block of East Broadlands Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 1:59 a.m. Driving while suspended and failure to appear (two counts).

Jonathan W. Ritch, 21, 1200 block of Dunbar Road, Clarksville, Tenn. Booked 2:37 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Sarah J. Patterson, 39, 2200 block of Washington Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:50 p.m. Public intoxication, disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana/hash.
