Vigo County Jail Log: April 8, 2014

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Monday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.


William C. Padgett, 30, 10 block of North County Road 800 East, Sullivan. Booked 9:38 a.m. Nonsupport of a child.

Terry G. Baugh, 47, 2100 block of Locust Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:09 p.m. Theft, parole violation, possession of methamphetamine and failure to appear.

Kam M. Chrisman, 34, 1200 block of South Fourth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:04 p.m. Failure to appear.

Bryan J. Owen, 55, 800 block of East Oak Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:54 p.m. Public intoxication.

Austin R. Wilson, 30, 800 block of North 13 1/2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:34 p.m. Maintaining a common nuisance and possession of marijuana.

Tina K. Wycoff, 42, 2500 block of West Cooper Avenue, West Terre Haute. Booked 4:10 p.m. Bond revocation.

Jennifer S. Thompson, 34, 3200 block of East 1850 South, Clinton. Booked 5:13 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

Aaron M. Willig, 24, 200 block of West Hickory Wood Avenue, West Terre Haute. Booked 6:57 p.m. Probation violation.

Donald A. Wilson, 54, 1700 block of Hendricks Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:33 p.m. Maintaining a common nuisance.

Leon Carmona-Martinez, 19, 10 block of South 16th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:43 p.m. Domestic battery.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
