Vigo County Jail Log: June 18, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.


Steven E. Judd, 49, 10 block of North Mary Patton Drive, Brazil. Booked 9:17 a.m. Probation violation and court order.

William R. Bailey, 27, 1500 block of Franklin Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:40 a.m. Contempt of court and failure to appear.

Edward D. Marshall, 49, 1500 block of Fifth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 11:52 a.m. Failure to appear.

Phillip E. Mannebach, 48, 200 block of North First Street, Farmersburg. Booked 12:28 p.m. Court order.

Shaun F. Schwartz, 28, 2000 block of North 12th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:29 p.m. Dealing marijuana/hash, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of a controlled substance.

Brookie E. Frakes, 26, 2000 block of North 12th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:19 p.m. Dealing marijuana/hash, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of a controlled substance.

James C. Lalen, 33, 400 block of South Lambert Street, Brazil. Booked 3:49 p.m. Failure to appear.

Daniel J. McNeill, 24, 2300 block of Prairie Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:17 p.m. Failure to appear.

Derek M. Norris, 19, 1200 block of Mulberry Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:48 p.m. Battery.

Crystal L. Harper, 32, 3500 block of Sheridan Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 10:41 p.m. Possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and bond revocation.

Harry F. Bolton, 51, 1400 block of Bolten Road, West Terre Haute. Booked 10:45 p.m. Possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia.

Craig A. Shepard, 33, 300 block of South Eighth Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 11:56 p.m. Criminal trespassing.


Saeed K. Bayazeed, 19, 1800 block of Interurban Road, West Terre Haute. Booked 12:26 a.m. Driver never licensed.

Edgar Munoz, 20, 10 block of Regina Drive, Paris, Ill. Booked 3:51 a.m. Operating while intoxicated minor consuming.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
