Vigo County Jail Log: June 25, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Monday

John H. Peters, 41, 2600 block of East Feree Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 6:09 a.m. Habitual traffic violator, possession of paraphernalia and false reporting.

Ashley E. Zurcher, 22, 1200 block of East Dawn Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 6:27 a.m. Failure to appear.

Andre L. Miller, 32, 2900 block of North Lasalle Street, Indianapolis. Booked 9:20 a.m. Motor vehicle theft, burglary and resisting law enforcement.

Deondra D. Batten, 25, 200 block of West Wheeler Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 10:30 a.m. Invasion of privacy.

Robert L. Dixon Jr., 45, 3000 block of North Tacoma, Indianapolis. Booked 1:13 p.m. Failure to appear.

Alisha S. Morris, 36, 100 block of South Sixth Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 2:19 p.m. Failure to appear.

Dennis L. Leek, 25, 1600 block of Spruce Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:35 p.m. Battery-domestic.

Misty L. Collins, 37, 1600 block of First Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:07 p.m. Probation violation.

Justin T. Earl, 26, 5000 block of Wilkie Road, Terre Haute. Booked 3:35 p.m. Failure to appear.

Amanda N. Asbury, 24, 10 block of Southshore Drive, Paris, Ill. Booked 4:44 p.m. Probation Violation.

Mark A. Mack, 47, 7100 block of West County Road 940 South, Rosedale. Booked 5:06 p.m. Operating while intoxicated and criminal reckless.

Cory D. Kline, 24, 200 block of North Chicago Street, Brazil. Booked 5:46 p.m. Failure to appear.

Marvin J. Beville, 42, 1100 block of North Ninth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:12 p.m. Habitual traffic violator.

Henry A. Rosa, 22, 3700 block of Markel Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 8:30 p.m. Bond revocation.

Devlin K. Owens, 27, 300 block of North 18th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:14 p.m. Failure to appear.

Tuesday

Gable D. Smith, 32, 1600 block of Liberty Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 1:12 a.m. Habitual traffic violator.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
