Vigo County Jail Log: Dec. 4, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Tuesday

Dylan E. Shank, 26, 4800 block of West Sarah Myers Drive, West Terre Haute. Booked 8:55 a.m. Domestic battery (two counts).

Arthur W. Auterson, 43, 6600 block of West U.S. 150, West Terre Haute. Booked 10:34 a.m. Manufacture of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of chemical reagents, dumping controlled substance and maintaining a common nuisance.

Alexander M. Oliver, 20, 500 block of West 13th Street, Indianapolis. Booked 12:05 p.m. Failure to appear.

David E. Twitty, 45, 1200 block of Broadway Street, Vincennes. Booked 12:07 p.m. Probation violation.

Kenrick Martin, 28, 300 block of North 14 1/2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:30 p.m. Failure to appear and probation violation.

Michael Hinkle, 25, 2800 block of North Cherry Place, Sandford. Booked 2:38 p.m. Burglary and receiving stolen property.

Todd E. Heckler, 49, 1500 block of South 18th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:27 p.m. Driving while suspended.

Montreal T. Snodey, 18, 2000 block of North Fourth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:32 p.m. Possession of a firearm on school property.

Cedric R. Buford, 51, 2400 block of South 19th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:46 p.m. Bond revocation.

Randy W. Dispennett, 43, 300 block of West Miller Avenue, West Terre Haute. Booked 8:04 p.m. Failure to appear.

Jason A. Essex, 25, 300 block of South Third Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 11:47 p.m. Criminal trespassing.

Wednesday

Bonnie J. Monk, 31, 6800 block of North Wahoo Tree Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:41 a.m. Public intoxication.

Ontario Lowe, 23, 7500 block of East Wabash Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:47 a.m. Domestic battery, battery and strangulation.

Brenton E. Barnhill, 29, 400 block of Second Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:12 a.m. Failure to appear.

Courtney N. Long, 23, 1200 block of North Sixth, Terre Haute. Booked 4:16 a.m. Criminal mischief.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
