TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Steven R. Bealmear, 45, 1700 block of North 12th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:42 p.m. Failure to appear.

Clay W. Certain, 39, 2300 block of Mckeen Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:59 p.m. Failure to appear.

Brian D. Frye, 26, 3400 block of East Broadlands Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:22 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Jameela J. Cuffle, 30, 500 block of South 20th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:23 p.m. Court order.

Troy M. Odell, 34, 1400 block of North 27th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:34 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Samuel D. Drake, 29, 800 block of East County Road 1175 North, Farmersburg. Booked 2:44 p.m. Court order.

Francie Duke, 37, 400 block of South Alabama Street, Brazil. Booked 3:34 p.m. Failure to appear.

Michael E. Holdridge, 47, 1200 block of North Fourth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:57 p.m. Court order.

Donald E. Majors, 59, no address, Terre Haute. Booked 7:52 p.m. Failure to register sex offender.

Joseph L. Clark Jr., 28, 1400 block of South Fourth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 8:59 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

Belinda M. Reardanz, 49, 3700 block of East Tuttle Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 9:17 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Blake C. Ward, 56, 400 block of Gilbert Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 11:25 p.m. Criminal recklessness, possession of a firearm by violent offender and resisting law enforcement.


Kenrick Martin, 27, 1500 block of Second Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 12:28 a.m. Operating while intoxicated, resisting law enforcement and leaving the scene-property damage.

Bruce Brown, 18, 7200 block of Kestrel Street, Hobart. Booked 12:54 a.m. Failure to appear.

Charles R. Rowe, 29, 1000 block of South Gorham Place, West Terre Haute. Booked 1:43 a.m. Bond revocation (three counts).

Gene R. Marchant, 33, 6900 block of North 1100th Street, Paris, Ill. Booked 6:11 a.m. Resisting law enforcement and reckless driving.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
