TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Wednesday and today, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.


• Esteban Rodriquez, 32, 3000 block of Harrison, Terre Haute, booked 10:38 a.m. Court order.

• Carnell D. Sneed, 19, 7000 block of Bahama, Indianapolis, booked 11:14 a.m. Robbery.

• Ciara M. Beegle, 24, 8300 block of North Carolene, Terre Haute, booked 12:01 p.m. Probation violation.

• Michael Lowery, 19, 1500 block of Chase Street, Terre Haute, booked 12:23 p.m. Probation violation.

• Floyd Hamilton, 56, 500 block of Sixth Street, Terre Haute, booked 2:50 p.m. Court order.

• Christy R. Hunt, 38, 3500 block of County Road 600 West, Montezuma, booked 3:49 p.m. Forgery.

• Damon Jackson, 35, 1500 block of Plum, Terre Haute, booked 4:11 p.m. Failure to appear.

• Katelyn S. Milner, 20, 100 block of South 22nd Street, Terre Haute, booked 4:20 p.m. Failure to appear.

• Gentelia S. Foster, 25, 2500 block of South 25th Street, Terre Haute, booked 4:37 p.m. Failure to appear and criminal conversion.

• Andre D. Livingston, 19, 700 block of South Sixth Street, Terre Haute, booked 4:37 p.m. Criminal conversion.

• Misty Essex, 22, 300 block of South Third Street, West Terre Haute, booked 5:12 p.m. Failure to appear.

• Jason Essex, 24, 300 block of South Third Street, West Terre Haute, booked 5:38 p.m. Failure to appear.

• Annette Turner, 24, 700 block of Gilbert Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 5:53 p.m. Court order.

• Bobbie Joe Bergherm, 37, 3300 block of North 23rd Street, Terre Haute, booked 7:41 p.m. Bond revocation.

• Timothy J. Popoff, 47, 3400 block of Wabash Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 8:53 p.m. Sexual battery.

• Herman D. Shouse, 55, 1600 block of Liberty, Terre Haute, booked 10:32 p.m. Failure to appear.

• Shawn Menser, 45, Terre Haute, booked 10:47 p.m. Failure to appear.

• Jamariahn Gregory, 20, 1700 block of Chestnut, Terre Haute, booked 11:29 p.m. Failure to appear.


• Ethan D. Dickey, 20, transient, booked 12:59 a.m. Theft.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
