TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.


Timothy W. Ebbing Jr., 26, 2400 block of South Jackson Street, Indianapolis. Booked 10:20 a.m. Burglary and court order.

Ronnie W. Strange, 53, 8000 block of North Stevenson Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:07 p.m. Court order.

Randy L. Smith Jr., 33, 10 block of South 14th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:16 p.m. Operating while intoxicated (two counts) and driving while suspended.

Michael W. Herman, 26, 300 block of North 14th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:40 p.m. Robbery.

Patricia S. Bruner, 34, 8800 block of Wabash Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:01 p.m. Probation violation.

Joshua M. Howell, 20, 300 block of South 15th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:27 p.m. Failure to appear.

Kristen L. Cebada, 28, 300 block of East Main Street, Arcadia. Booked 4:32 p.m. Forgery.

Christy Massutti, 32, 1500 block of Eighth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:48 p.m. Court order.

Deondra D. Batten, 24, 100 block of West Wheeler Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 5:18 p.m. Burglary.

Joshua L. Fields, 22, 1400 block of Second Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 7:17 p.m. Legend drug violations.

Emily E. Gaston, 24, 700 block of South Sixth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:01 p.m. Battery-domestic.


Jacob J. Cuvelier, 19, 10 block of Greenhaven Court, Terre Haute. Booked 1:53 a.m. Possession of a controlled substance and probation violation.

Natalie M. Wood, 35, 2300 block of Hulman Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:46 a.m. Battery-domestic, resisting law enforcement and operating while intoxicated.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
