Anthony J. Bennett, 34, 200 block of Monterey Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 11:07 a.m. Probation violation.

Dante Carson, 37, 1800 block of South Eighth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:01 a.m. Public intoxication (two counts).

Santana L. B. Pridemore, 28, 2900 block of Krumbhaar Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:50 p.m. Possession of paraphernalia.

Robert I. Weaver, 43, 400 block of South Fourth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:33 p.m. Failure to appear.

William A. Eggers, 50, 1200 block of Helen Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:02 p.m. Robbery.

Travis J. Kraemer, 22, 6500 block of West U.S. 40, Brazil. Booked 2:23 p.m. Contempt of court.

Trevor L. Morgan, 26, Terre Haute. Booked 2:37 p.m. Possession of chemical reagents/precursors.

Horace Bates Jr., 47, 1800 block of North 6 1/2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:46 p.m. Domestic battery.

Daniel F. Rourke, 58, 3100 block of 9 1/2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:32 p.m. Failure to appear.

Albert L. Elkins, 47, 1100 block of Seventh Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:40 p.m. Battery.

Jonathon S. Lovellette, 36, 800 block of West Voris Avenue, Crawfordsville. Booked 6:31 p.m. Probation violation.

Kyle L. Kirkman, 20, 2100 block of First Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 6:54 p.m. Voyeurism.

Steven W. Styles, 32, 1800 block of West Water Oak Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 11:06 p.m. Aggravated battery (two counts), resisting law enforcement, interference with a crime report, public intoxication and failure to appear.

Kurt M. Taylor, 50, 200 block of East Ridge Street, Brazil. Booked 11:34 p.m. Burglary, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia.


Lonnie G. Orndorff, 36, 1900 block of First Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 12:26 a.m. Intimidation and public intoxication.

Corban C. Field, 31, 300 block of East 40th Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 2:09 a.m. Criminal recklessness, felony police battery, resisting law enforcement, disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Deanna G. Smith, 23, 2600 block of North 11th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:24 a.m. Invasion of privacy (two counts) and failure to appear.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
