Vigo County Jail Log: Sept. 6, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Thursday

Scott J. Featherstone, 21, 1900 block of Woodlawn, Terre Haute. Booked 11:47 a.m. Parole violation.

Abrykia M. Stewart, 23, 2500 block of South 25th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:39 p.m. Probation violation.

Aveonne T. Lillard, 34, 4800 block of Pendragon Boulevard, Indianapolis. Booked 1:03 p.m. Probation violation.

Sergio S. Caruso, 42, 1600 block of South Fourth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:38 p.m. Domestic battery.

Michael D. Shouse, 20, 800 block of Oak Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:55 p.m. Domestic battery.

Steven A. Harris, 61, 1800 block of South 32nd Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:01 p.m. Resisting law enforcement.

Friday

Steven J. Adams, 41, 400 block of Emmons Avenue, Saint Charles, Mo. Booked 12:47 a.m. Possession of controlled substance.

Mitchell J. Nidey, 25, 1400 block of Vigo Street, Marshall, Ill. Booked 1:32 a.m. Public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Laura A. Libbert, 32, 3000 block of San Souci Drive, St. Louis, Mo. Booked 1:35 a.m. Probation violation.

Briunna M. Byrd, 20, 800 block of East Springhill Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 3:12 a.m. Disorderly conduct and resisting law enforcement.

Nicholas D. Ribble, 34, 400 block of West County Road, Terre Haute. Booked 5:03 a.m. Failure to appear.

Angela R. Richey, 36, 2800 block of North Sixth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:21 a.m. Theft.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
