TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Monday

Susan Harvey, 48, 2100 block of Beech Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:46 a.m. Residential entry, battery, criminal mischief, public intoxication, disorderly conduct and false reporting/informing.

Rachel E. Williams, 24, 400 block of Landthorne Court, Terre Haute. Booked 11:51 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Yvonne S. Clark, 39, 300 block of North 17th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:32 p.m. Court order.

Johnny L. Smith, 28, 1400 block of Second Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 12:47 p.m. Court order (two counts).

James L. Flesher, 56, 500 block of East 43 1/2 Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 1:27 p.m. Precursor violations.

Jeffrey K. Johnson, 34, 400 block of South Fourth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:22 p.m. Court order (two counts).

Quentin Moseman, 33, 7700 East Green Lane, Terre Haute. Booked 4:45 p.m. Failure to appear.

Bradley J. Hogue, 44, 1900 block of North Hogue Street, Seelyville. Booked 5:15 p.m. Possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia.

Robert T. Giffin Jr., 51, 1400 block of East Fourth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 5:50 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts), operating while intoxicated, resisting law enforcement, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, possession of marijuana/hash and possession of paraphernalia.

Norman A. Richey, 30, 15900 block of South Indiana 63, Prairie Creek. Booked 6:06 p.m. Dealing marijuana/hash.

Mika L. Montgomery, 21, 15900 block of South Indiana 63, Prairie Creek. Booked 6:49 p.m. Dealing marijuana/hash.

Heaven L. Swayze, 21, 1400 block of Elm Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:21 p.m. Failure to appear.

Richard N. Sappenfield, 20, 900 block of East Elm Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:23 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Tracy L. Bennett, 30, 10 block of South 20th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 8:36 p.m. Driving while suspended and operating while intoxicated.

Waynan Noel, 64, 1800 block of East Margaret Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 9:17 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Kenneth M. Walling, 37, 2300 block of North U.S. 150. Booked 10:13 p.m. Court order.

Ashia R. Woods, 18, Burford Hall, Terre Haute. Booked 10:30 p.m. Minor consuming.

Justin P. Waldridge, 33, 300 block of East Stark Street, Rockville. Booked 10:41 p.m. Failure to appear.
